    I have a new teacher in the district that will be renewing her professional license and also qualifies for the advance to lead teacher. Can she complete both the 5 year license renewal form and the advance form to Lead teacher at the same time to be submitted together? Will she then pay the $200 just once rather than $200 for renewal and $200 for advancement?
